Whether you are a member of the public, an antivirus, scanning, sandbox or other security partner (“ Partner ”), or a security-minded organization (collectively, the “ Community ”) using and contributing Samples to the Service, by using any part of the Service, you agree and consent to these Terms of Service including terms that limit our liability or affect your legal rights, any referenced and incorporated guidelines and policies, including our Sample & Community Content Guidelines (which explain how to safely share Samples through the Service), the terms of our Privacy Policy (which explains how we may collect, use and share personal information you provide to us), and any additional terms specific to your particular use of the Service which become part of your agreement with us (collectively, the “ Terms ”). Both VirusTotal and CSIL are owned by Chronicle LLC.
